Alex Tavis

Alex Tavis, is a NY based, experienced international stage, voice, screen actor and commercial print model.

He is an adaptable, savvy and presence filled performer with theatre credits ranging from leads in Lincoln Center Festival, Theatre for the New City, Village Playwrights, RADA, Ensemble Studio Theatre, Cherry Lane Theatre, Articulate Theatre Co., Ego Actus, Boog City Festival, Abingdon Theatre to TV shows:
ABC's 20/20, Wall Street Warriors to Law and Order to recurring Guest star and co star roles on One Life to Live, All My Children, as well as critically acclaimed indie films Chapter and Verse, and Curtsy, Mister;

Additionally, leads and supporting roles in recently wrapped indie picture Mel's Kitchen, Murmur (Best Actor Nomination-IOWF, and Multi Platform New Media comedies Ivy League CrimeLords, Living In Exile, and These Three Girls.

Alex also enjoys periodic professional stints in London and Los Angeles, and lives in Brooklyn with his wife and two sons.
Alex serves(d) on the Alumni Association Board of Directors of Manhattanville College, on both the SAG-AFTRA NY MOVE and National Organizing Committees, the Brooklyn Friends School Fund; is a member of multi Obie Award winning Theater Three Collaborative, and of the Articulate Theatre Company.
Several live radio interviews and appearances include Aktina FM and The Wiseguyz Show.
